You’re likely reading this because you are either missing your Insider, Founder or Pioneer flag and access on the forums and would like to know what to do.
This normally happens when the forums are updated by our development team and you were logged in at the time.
Luckily, it can be a simple thing to fix:
- Log out of the forums completely
- Clear your internet cache
- Close your browser & restart
- Log back into the forums
- Test that you can access the forum categories or flags that you were missing
