No UI / Menu when launching the game

The team are aware of an issue in which has been introduced to PC players on the most recent patch.

Whilst a fix is being worked on a temporary solution has been found. Please follow the below steps:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type in Settings and press ENTER
  3. Select System
  4. In the search box located at the top left corner type in: App and features and press ENTER
  5. Locate and select Sea of Thieves on the Apps list (Use the search function if needed)
  6. Select Advanced Options
  7. Select Reset

 

This should now resolve your issue. Please log back into the game and try again. Should the issue persist please use the buttons below to create a support ticket for further assistance.
