Where can I watch future streams?

How long do I have to be logged in?
Users have to be logged in on an authenticated Microsoft account and watch the stream for any amount of time to receive content.

I didn’t watch from the start, am I still eligible for the reward?
Yes, you are still eligible providing you are logged in with the correct Microsoft account.

Which account do I need to log in to Mixer with?
You will need to log in with the Microsoft account on which you play Sea of Thieves. Ensure there are no other accounts also logged in as this can prevent the allocation of the promotional item.

Will the code be tied to my account automatically or will I be sent a 5x5 code?
The code will be tied to your account automatically. Please allow a few days for the item to arrive on your account.

I logged into the incorrect account, can I transfer the code?
No, unfortunately the code cannot be transferred so please ensure you’re logged into the correct account.

Are all countries eligible to take part in this promotion?
All countries where Sea of Thieves is accessible are eligible to receive the content.

I haven’t received my in-game item, where do I go for help?

The promotional items available through a MixPot promotion can take up to 7 days to arrive on your account. You can check to see whether the item has arrived on your account here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content. If the item is not listed on your Windows Store account page, you have not been selected or you have logged in with the incorrect account.

Note: If you can see the promotional item on your Windows Store account, but not in-game, please follow the steps below.

Xbox One:
Perform a hard reset

- Hold the power button down on your console for 5 seconds
- Restart your console
- Launch Sea of Thieves
- Check the appropriate in-game customization chest for the promotional item

Clear your store cache

- Press the Windows key
- Type in wsreset and press Enter
- Reboot your PC
- Launch Sea of Thieves
- Check the appropriate in-game customization chest for the promotional item


If you have still not received your promotional item after 7 days, and you can see it in the Windows Store, please raise a support ticket.
