Players unable to connect to Pirate Emporium / online stores
Following player reports, we are currently aware of an issue where some users who have completed the required troubleshooting for accessing the Emporium / online stores are still unable to access these areas in-game.
Whilst the team are actively investigating this issue, we shall be releasing additional telemetry in the January update for Sea of Thieves to identify the exact cause of this issue with a view to fix in an upcoming update.
