(RESOLVED) Lost Shipment Voyages - Shipwrecks can sometimes spawn within the game environment
Presently there is an issue where during a Lost Shipment Voyage, the Shipwreck itself can sometimes spawn within the environment preventing progress through the voyage.
UPDATE: A fix for this issue was released in Update 2.0.22
