I'm receiving an error stating 'Sorry, we can't find your Sea of Thieves pirate' when attempting to sign up to the Insider Programme

Firstly, make sure have you created a pirate on the main Retail version of the Sea of Thieves game. If you have already done this please also make sure you have logged into the game with this pirate within the last 14 days. Once complete you should no longer receive the above error during the Insider Programme sign up flow.
