No UI / Menu when launching the game
The team are aware of an issue in which has been introduced to PC players on the most recent patch.
Whilst a fix is being worked on a temporary solution has been found. Please follow the below steps:
- Press the Windows key
- Type in Settings and press ENTER
- Select System
- In the search box located at the top left corner type in: App and features and press ENTER
- Locate and select Sea of Thieves on the Apps list (Use the search function if needed)
- Select Advanced Options
- Select Reset
This should now resolve your issue. Please log back into the game and try again. Should the issue persist please use the buttons below to create a support ticket for further assistance.
