After attempting to link your Xbox Live account to your PSN ID, if you receive the Avacadobeard error preventing access into the game, please check that no restrictions have been placed onto either of those accounts preventing online access via the accounts privacy or family settings.
Checking Xbox Live account privacy settings:
- Proceed to https://www.xbox.com
- Select Sign In from the top right hand corner
- Click your Xbox Live gamertag in the top right hand corner and select Xbox Profile
- When viewing your account, select Privacy Settings
- From the 'Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety' section ensure that you have allowed 'Join multiplayer games' and 'You can play with players outside of Xbox Live'.
