Following the launch of Season 20, rewards earned through the Season Pass and Season Pass Premium are no longer automatically applied to your account. Instead, players must now claim their rewards through the "Season Pass" screen which can be found in the Progress tab.
To access the "Season Pass" screen:
- From the main menu, select the "Progress" tab to proceed to the "View your progress" screen.
- Select the "Season" tab on the left to be taken to the Season summary section which displays your current Renown level, as well as whether your Premium tier is currently active. Select "Season Pass" on this page.
When viewing the "Season Pass" screen, you will be given an overview of what rewards are available to you as you progress through the Season.
Any earned rewards which are unclaimed will be marked with a small + sign. To claim these rewards, click on the picture of the item you wish to claim, then click on the larger image on right hand of the screen in order to receive it.
Some rewards will offer you multiple choices. Again, first click the reward you wish to claim, then select one of the choices offered to you on the right of the screen in order to receive it.
Items you already own will be marked with a green tick. If you already own all the cosmetic items on offer for a certain Level, you will instead be credited with 100 Ancient Coins at the end of the season for that level.
Any items with a symbol in the bottom left corner require the Premium tier of the Season Pass and cannot be claimed unless you meet that criteria.
Please Note: At the end of the Season, any unclaimed rewards will be automatically granted to your account. For any unclaimed Cosmetic Choices, a default selection will be made and automatically granted. This default selection is set and cannot be altered.
