We are aware of an issue which is causing players to load into the game without their equipped cosmetics, or as skeletons. This may also be causing your pirate to appear invisible when viewing Pirate Profiles in-game.
The team are currently investigating this and have identified this could be potentially caused by the "Midnight Blade Hat". If you are using this item, please remove it and see if the issue persists.
