When signing up for the Insider Programme, you must ensure that you select the correct region of your PlayStation™Network account on PlayStation®5. You can check this before signing up to ensure there are no issues.
1. Visit the PlayStation Account Management page.
2. Select Your Information. A similar page as below should appear:
3. Click "Edit" beside "Residential Address". Your region will be displayed at the bottom of the Edit screen:
4. You can use this information to ensure you select the correct region when signing up to the Insider Programme.
