When purchasing the Captain Jack Sparrow classic costume, this also comes with the 'Wiggle' emote.
This emote can only be equipped when wearing the Captain Jack Sparrow classic costume and cannot be used with any other clothing items.
To use this emote while wearing the Captain Jack Sparrow classic costume simply open your Emote radial and select 'Costume Emotes'.
