Plutobeard and Saturnbeard

These two codes appear to Playstation 5 players who are attempting to log in via an incorrect account. Specifically, this is in relation to either your Xbox Live account already being linked to a different PSN, or your PSN is linked to a different Xbox Live.

Unlinking your account will not solve this problem as you will only be able to re-link the original Microsoft account used. The only solution to this issue is to sign in to the correct account.

You can verify if you are on the right account or not by viewing your Sea of Thieves Account page and scrolling to the bottom of it. If you see your PSN account in the "Accounts Linked In Game" section, then this is the account you should log into on your Playstation 5. If there is no PSN linked here, you are still using the incorrect details.

If you can no longer recall your details, you will need to consult XBOX Support

Please note that for privacy reason Player Support is not able to provide information regarding what XBOX account is linked to a specific PSN unless the correct account is used to create a ticket
