These error codes can appear for PlayStation®5 users who are attempting to log in via an incorrectly linked account. Specifically, this is in relation to either your Xbox Live account already being linked to a different PlayStation™Network account, or your PlayStation™Network account is already linked to a different Xbox Live account.
Unlinking your accounts will not solve this issue, as you will only be able to re-link the PlayStation™Network and Xbox Live accounts which were originally associated when first entering gameplay on the PlayStation®5 version.
The only solution to this issue is to locate and sign in to your correct accounts. You can verify if you are using the correct accounts by logging into your Xbox Live account on Sea of Thieves Account page and scrolling to the bottom of the page.
Identifying the correct accounts
If your PlayStation™Network account is displayed in the "Accounts Linked In Game" section, then this is the correct Xbox Live account and should be used when entering the PlayStation®5 version.

If there is no PlayStation™Network account listed in the "Accounts Linked In Game" section, you are using the incorrect Xbox Live account.

If a different PlayStation™Network account is displayed in the "Accounts Linked In Game" section, either switch to the stated PlayStation™Network account on your PlayStation®5 console or locate the correct Xbox Live account for your desired PlayStation™Network account.
Unable to locate the correct Xbox Live account
If you are unable to locate the correct Xbox Live account, please raise a support request with Xbox Support to begin account recovery procedures.
Please note that for privacy reasons, Player Support is unable to provide information regarding account linking unless the correct Xbox Live account is used to create a support request.
Relinking to a new account
As highlighted in-game and in the PlayStation®5: Microsoft Account Linking support article, players are only able to link a single Microsoft account to a single PlayStation™Network account.
