Players who already own Sea of Thieves digitally on the Xbox, Microsoft Store or have access through Game Pass can install the Standard Edition on Battle.net at no extra cost.
The correct Microsoft account holding the license or Game Pass subscription must be linked to Battle.net directly via the app or account page. Please note the 90-day cooldown that Battle.net has in place for changing Xbox Network links.
