Accessibility – Text to Speech / Speech to Text is not functioning between PlayStation^®5 players and those on other platforms

When players have Speech to Text or Text to Speech enabled, this functionality is currently not working between PlayStation®5 players and those on other platforms. For clarity, this will work between:

• PlayStation®5 players only
• Players on other platforms such as Xbox and Steam only
