We are aware of an issue currently affecting some of players which is preventing them from being able to submit support tickets to the Player Support Team.
After clicking "Raise A Support Ticket", if you are repeatedly receiving the "Hold on there, Pirate!" message, please do not worry.
We have a fix in the pipeline and hope to have this issue resolved soon.
