When viewing a streaming partner to claim items from a Twitch Drop campaign, if the progress bar for claiming these drops does not progress or stops counting, please try the following:
- Ensure that you are watching an official Streaming Partner or support stream.
- Keep the stream active in your browser and not in a background window.
- If the counter does not start, please try restarting the stream or try a different streaming partner to see if that triggers the counter (as progress will continue between streamers).
- Try another browser if the issue continues
