We are aware of an issue which is causing players to load into the game without their equipped cosmetics, or as skeletons. This may also be causing your pirate to appear invisible when viewing Pirate Profiles in-game.
While this will be addressed in a future update, this is caused by equipping the "Midnight Blade Hat" to your pirate. As a workaround If you are using this item, please remove it and this should resolve the issue.
If you continue to have issues, please consider creating a support ticket, listing the items your pirate currently has equipped.
