The team are aware that a number of PS5 players are being kicked from Custom Seas sessions after around 30 seconds of gameplay and then receiving the Hazelnutbeard error. While the cause is being investigated, as a workaround, please try enabling your Crossplay matchmaking when attempting to create / join a Custom Seas session on the PS5. To do this:
- From the Settings menu select Matchmaking > Allow Crossplay ~ Yes
