Strawberrybeard - Affecting PlayStation 5 players

Please be aware that users on the PlayStation 5 version of Sea of Thieves are receiving the Strawberrybeard error incorrectly, as affected players are most likely receiving this error when trying to link the wrong Xbox Live account to their PSN ID.

As mentioned during the initial account linking process, your PSN ID can only be linked to one Xbox Live account, and so if you are trying to link the wrong Xbox Live account, you will not be able to proceed into gameplay using this incorrect account. Please be aware that we are unable to unlink any Xbox Live accounts that have been linked to your PSN ID, and so the only solution is to locate the Xbox Live account which was previously used for your PlayStation 5 game progress.

In an attempt to locate your correct account, please log into our website in the following areas:

-          https://www.seaofthieves.com/profile/your-chest

-          https://www.seaofthieves.com/profile/achievements

If there is no pirate data present, this does mean the account you are trying has not entered Sea of Thieves previously.
