The Microsoft Rewards program aims to reward those who use Microsoft products with Points which can then be exchanged for various offers, gift cards and, in the case of Sea of Thieves: Ancient Coins and/or certain items.

How To Redeem
Redeeming your Points is an easy process that starts on the following page:

Simply click on the reward you wish to receive and click the "redeem" button. You will receive a confirmation page and also an e-mail, this e-mail will contain a 5x5 Code that will need to be redeemed in the Microsoft Store in order to make the Coins available to you.
Note: Offers vary by country. Be sure to redeem your rewards points in the same region you signed up in. Do not use a VPN while trying to redeem points. When redeeming points, use a mobile or landline phone number for authentication and not a VoIP phone number.
Additionally, we must make you aware that these Ancient Coins will only be applied to your account once you log into Sea of Thieves via a Microsoft Platform, such as the Microsoft Store, an Xbox Device or XCloud. Users on other platforms will not receive these Ancient Coins, even if the code is successfully redeemed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why Haven't I Received My Rewards?
This issue often occurs when a player has redeemed a code but hasn't logged in to Sea of Thieves via the Microsoft Store or an Xbox Device to claim the rewards. Please log into the game and fully set sail in order to have the Coins added to your balance.
Again, please note if you are not playing the game on XBOX, Microsoft Store or XCloud, you will not receive these Coins

I am being told "I already own this product"
This is likely due to a pending entitlement.
Please launch the game via the Microsoft Store, an Xbox Device or XCloud and set sail to consume this entitlement before using your next code. You will need to launch the game after each code is redeemed.
