If you are having trouble launching Sea of Thieves on your Xbox console, please try the following:
Hard Reset of Xbox Console
Performing a hard reset will clear your console cache and in most cases will solve your issue. To do this:
- With your Xbox console powered on, hold the power button for 10 seconds
- This will cause the console to shut down
- Reboot the console and your cache will now be cleared
