When attempting to mute all game voice chat through the PlayStation®5’s system software voice chat settings, this setting will not be applied in-game to users from other platforms.
Please Note: You can mute game voice chat through the in-game settings menu. To do this:
- In-game, using the Game Options menu select Other Crews > Enable Mute all other crews voice chat.
- To mute your own crew, from the Settings menu select Audio Settings and set the Crew Chat Volume slider to 0.
